HACC explores the design and its existing landscape in architectural forms that respond to natural settings in a contemporary language of design, giving a characteristic valuing the landscape and the historic surrounding of the city

Such valuing means the decision of configuring the plain field as an open space for the entire city to enjoy, a public space next to the ocean that is not always resulted in hotels, since there are quiet a large number of accommodation services along the beachfront of Hua-Hin.

 The programs is to foster a method for artistic innovation and design education that engages the most deeply resonant qualities of culture and the specify of place, giving the public place a new meaning rather than a space that you pass to get to the sea.

The outdoor museum aim to untangle the visual elements of the landscape and the spectacles of the exhibition in the open heightening the astounding confrontation between man and object. Setting aims at providing the city of Hua-Hin with the necessary apparatus to receive major artistic spectacles and to qualify the town’s cultural host of natural importance.
