In order to optimize the space inside the box, we found that 90 angle header pins and female jumper cables are the best way to solve our problems.
Hot Glue the Trellis's Board with the wires to protect short circuit.
Trying to fit all different components in the box while optimizing the space.
Finally found the most efficient way to find the drill size of the potentiometers.
There must be a better way to make a square hole for the USB cable without using so much manual work.
The way to align Illustrators raster files with the potentiometer holes. If the ai file is not aligned, adjust/move the ai drawing file pixel by pixel.
We wrap Masking Tapes all over the box to protect its color while we were making the USB holes.
Once the AI drawings are aligned to the pre drill holes, we removed the acrylic and start etching.
Programming Time.
We have experimented on numerous nitty gritty techniques on how to attach the potentiometers onto the box, what sizes of the drill holes, drill bits sizes for the Othermill, and completely destroyed the yellow box, we still yet have not completely reach to the goal we've set to reach in terms of little nuances of the physical side of things, the feelings and such.
